This 10,000 SF professional office/retail building features the beauty and warmth of western red cedar siding and glulam douglas fir post and beam system, which are unique to the commercial environment in Newfoundland. When built, this will be the first commercial building in Newfoundland and Labrador to utilize the Lindal post and beam timber system.
